In particular for the macroscopic phase the doctor must have freedom of movement. The optimal would be to use a microphone that allows you to have your hands free and be able to control the entire application by voice without the need to use a keyboard and mouse. The speech recognition engine must be very robust with respect to background noises coming from the extractor hoods.

Reports are very complex: they contain observations and interpretations recorded in the form of numbers, letters, symbols, acronyms and words. To date, in the report production workflow, dictation systems are used to record observations and diagnoses to be transcribed and stored in management systems.
